Delivery

We ship via different intermediaries, mainly the post office, Mondial Relay and DHL. The choice will be yours when finalizing your order. Packages are shipped daily Monday through Friday.

The order preparation time varies from 24 to 48 hours, you will be informed by email of the shipment of your order.

Some items are produced to order and may require longer preparation time.

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible!

SHIPPING RATES

We deliver throughout Europe, for delivery outside of Europe you can contact us by email for shipping rates.

CARRIER INFORMATION

Most economical shipping method. Shipping via La Poste. The delivery time is 48 hours on average, but is not guaranteed.

Only the information of your tracking number will do this. If your package is marked as “delivered to letterbox” we will consider it as “delivered”. No recourse will be possible and we cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt. You will have the possibility to file a complaint with La Poste by phone at 3631 or online. Our customer service will do everything possible to assist you in the procedures with the carrier.

If you receive a damaged or altered package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the damage.

After this period, we consider that you have received the package in good condition and therefore we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you.

Order Tracking: Your tracking number will be sent to you automatically once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received it, send us an email or a message at  +06 (22)14 indicating your NAME and ORDER N °.

France: your package will be sent via the Post Office and will benefit from insurance covering your purchase. The delivery time is 48 hours on average, but is not guaranteed.

In the event of a reception problem, we will take care of the formalities related to filing the complaint. In the event of a confirmed loss, we will reship your package.

If you receive a damaged or altered package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the damage.

After this period, we consider that you have received the package in good condition and therefore we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you.

International: your package will be shipped via the Post Office without insurance. Only the information of your tracking number will do this. If your package is marked as “delivered to letterbox” we will consider it as “delivered”. No recourse will be possible unless your package has been proven to have been lost. 

 

Sending via Relais Colis to a collection point (post office shop to shop service). This shipping method is the most economical for shipments from 100gr and bulky shipments. Insured tracking and receipt of your package at a relay point. This shipping method is offered Free from 80€ of purchase.

Express delivery within 24 hours to your home. Insurance included. If your order is placed on Friday after 9am, it will leave the following Monday. No shipping or delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

This period can be extended from 24 to 48 hours for international shipments (refer to the table)
