BWYA is a French brand. All the textile products (binders, boxers and tucking panties) are made in France by our clothing workshop located in 91 (Essonne).
The accessories come from various manufacturers based mainly in Europe.

Our products are made in France, a value that we defend! We offer unique binders, our range is composed of neutral models as well

We have removed all visible seams to bring you maximum comfort. We are a small business, which allows us to meet and listen to our consumers.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your order will be sent within 24 to 72 hours (working days) following the confirmation of your order, unless your product is no longer in stock, in which case you will receive an email to offer you the replacement or refund of your article.

Your orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday.

Postal times vary from one carrier to another. These deadlines are only indicative and beyond our control. Sometimes packages are delayed. 
Followed letter: 2 working days (period not guaranteed)
Colissimo: 2 working days (period not guaranteed).
Mondial Relay: 2 to 5 working days
Chronopost: The next day before 13 p.m. or 18 p.m. depending on the option chosen (excluding weekends *, no delivery will be made on Saturday or Sunday)
International: from 2 to 7 additional days depending on the destination.

To this delay is added the time of preparation of the order, varying from 1 to 5 days according to the articles.

Our shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order. They will be calculated automatically before the payment of your order.

You will be able to choose your carrier during the validation of your basket.

Yes, we work with Mondial Relay so you can select the point closest to your home.

Otherwise you can have your package delivered in “poste restante”, it will then be delivered to your post office.
To do this, all you need to do is indicate your address as follows:

The brand name “BWYA” appears in the sender's contact details.

If this is a problem, do not hesitate to specify it in the “note” box before confirming your order.

The tracking number will be sent to you automatically by email after your order has been shipped. If not received, send us an email mentioning:

“Tracking number”, your “NAME”, your “ORDER NUMBER”.

PROBLEM RELATED TO MY ORDER

Our responsibility depends on the chosen delivery method.

Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost

In the event of proven non-receipt / loss of your package and after making a complaint to the service concerned, we will return your order.

Followed letter

If you have chosen this delivery method, your tracking number will prevail. This delivery method is the most economical but it offers the fewest guarantees.

If it is marked as delivered

  • We invite you to check with your neighbors, postman and post office
  • If none of these solutions is successful, it will be necessary to file a complaint.
  • No refund or return of order can be requested.
  • Although the reception of your package is assured 95% of the time, sometimes the packages do not reach their destination.
  • The follow-up is not as precise on the letters followed, the other carriers are to be preferred to ensure the reception of your package,.

If it is marked “not delivered”

  • The package may be delayed, lost, or returned to us if the recipient's address or name was unknown.
  • If it is a delay we will ask you to wait until it arrives.
  • If it is declared lost merchant we will resend you a new parcel.
  • If you made the wrong address and it was returned to sender we will reship your order, but you will have to pay the shipping costs for the resend.
  • If it was lost in the mail after investigation, we will resend a new product to you.

Can I exchange my item?
If the size does not suit you, you have a legal period of 14 days to return the product to us following receipt of it.
It must be in its original condition, have no traces of use or wear, have no smell or have been washed.

Refer to the section “EXCHANGE”To return your item to us.

For your exchanges we offer refunds in the form of coupons that you can use to reorder.

If, however, you wish to be reimbursed, this is still possible. You just have to make the request by email. Remember to indicate your LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, ORDER N ° as well as the reason for your request.

The refund will be made to your original payment method. The request will be made within 3 days.

Allow between 5 and 10 days for a refund on your credit card. 

Instant refund for payments made through PayPal.

PAYMENT

You can pay us by credit card, via paypal or by bank transfer.

PAYPAL: If you pay for your item via paypal, you will benefit from buyer protection.

 

In case of any concern, we invite you to contact us via the “contact” section in order to describe your problem to us. Remember to mention your order number in your message. We will find the most suitable solution.

If you are in the Paris region, you will have the possibility to buy our products directly on site, make an appointment in the “shop pick-up” section.

We will be regularly present at events in associations or bars in direct point of sale. I invite you to stay tuned and follow our news on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We also have partnerships with stores, where you can buy some of our products directly. Go to the “point of sale” section to see where they are.

Every month we will organize games with raffles that will allow you to win binders. A future community donation system will make our products accessible to all. Otherwise you will find good opportunities in the “eco binder” section of our shop
