To choose the size of your binder, you need to take the measurements of your torso using a tape measure.

Stand in front of a mirror and keep your head straight as you take your measurements.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE OF BINDER?

For A and B Cups

MEASURE1:

Place the tape on your chest, it should be straight at your back, go under your armpits and cover your nipples.

Breathe in normally without taking a deep breath and note the observed measurement.

MEASURE 2:

Place the ribbon under your chest at the fold of your chest, it should be straight at your back.

Breathe in normally without taking a deep breath and note the observed measurement.

Add the measure 1 + the measure 2 and take the average of the two.

EXAMPLE:

Measure 1 = 88cm, measure 2 = 79cm

(88 + 79) / 2 = 83,5 My height will therefore be M

If you are between 2 sizes = take the larger of the 2.

For C and + Cups

MEASURE:

Place the tape on your chest, it should be straight at your back, go under your armpits and cover your nipples.

Inhale normally without taking a deep breath and note the observed measurement.

If you are between 2 sizes = take the larger of the 2.

Refer to the measurement chart to find your size.

We advise you to start with your usual boxer / underwear size.

However if you have any doubts here is the correspondence of the sizes according to your waist and hips.

Waist size: To measure it, use a tape measure, place it straight and measure around your waist:
