HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS, WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
FOR CUP A & B (SMALL & MEDIUM TORSO):
MEASUREMENTS 1: Place the tape on your chest, it should be straight at your back, go under your armpits and cover your nipples.
Breathe in normally without taking a deep breath and note the observed measurement.
MEASUREMENTS 2: Place the ribbon under your torso at the crease of your chest, it must be straight at the level of your back. Inhale normally without taking a deep breath and note the observed measurement.
Add the measurements 1+ the measurements 2and take the average of the two.
EXAMPLE:Measurement 1 = 88cm, measurement 2 = 79cm
(88 + 79) / 2 = 83,5 My size will therefore be M
If you are between 2 sizes = take the larger of the 2.
Refer to the measurement chart to find your size.

FOR C & + CUP (MEDIUM+ TO HEAVY TORSO):
MEASUREMENT: Place the tape on your chest, it should be straight across your back, pass it under your armpits and cover your nipples. Inhale normally without taking a deep breath and note the measurement observed.
If you are between 2 sizes = take the larger of the 2.
Refer to the measurement chart to find your size.

BINDER ZIP & FOR BATHING: WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
You already have a short binder from our brand:
If you manage to put it on relatively easily, choose the same size.
If you have difficulty putting it on or it is rather tight, choose a size above.
If you want a little more comfort for going swimming, choose a larger size.
You're buying a binder for the first time:
Refer to the section above to take your measurements. Refer to the chart to determine your size.
If your measurement is within the first 4 cm of the indicated range, choose the corresponding size.
Ex: measurement found 83cm, so I take a size M
If your measurement is more than the first 4 cm of the indicated range, choose the larger size.
Ex: measurement found 85cm, so I take size L
If you are between two sizes for the zip or the bating binder, choose the larger size.
If you want a little more comfort for going swimming, choose a larger size.

LONG BINDER: WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
If you already have a short binder from our brand:
Choose a size above for the long binder.
If you are buying a binder for the first time:
Refer to the section “how to choose your binder size”. Once you have determined your size, choose a larger size.
If you are between two sizes for the short binder, choose the larger size for the long binder.

WARNINGS
The size chart is an aid.
Depending on your size, your chest and your morphology, it may be necessary to switch to a smaller or larger size.
We will be happy to advise you if you are unsure.
If you encounter the slightest problem or the size of your binder does not suit you, you can proceed to an exchange.
Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.
I KNOW MY SIZE AND I WANT TO PERSONALIZE MY BINDER:
We offer you the possibility to personalize your binder. You can add options to it by going to the dedicated section BINDERS OPTIONS.
You can thus change the width of the straps of your binder, tighten it at the waist, shorten or lengthen it, double the compression lining, enlarge the armholes, etc.
