When creating your orders on the bwya.fr website, we collect personal data about you.

The person responsible for collecting this data is SASU Be Who You Are, whose head office is located at 76 av Aristide Briand, 92160 Antony.

The term “personal data” refers to data which allows a person to be identified, in particular the name, first name, telephone number, date of birth, email address,
as well as any other information that you choose to communicate to Be Who You Are when entering your order.

To combat the fraud referred to below, Be Who You Are is also likely to retain information relating to transactions carried out on its site, some of which is truncated
bank card numbers used to carry out transactions and their expiry date.

Purposes of data collection

Your personal data is collected to help us understand your expectations
and provide you with a quality service.
They are also collected to meet one or more of the following purposes:

  • If you notice that the information we hold is false or incomplete, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can update it.
  • Personal data from customer accounts that have been inactive for 4 years or more (no order/invoice/return/correspondence) will be deleted from our database.
  • If you would like your data to be removed before this deadline, write to us and we will do what is necessary.

Be Who You Are has a policy of not transferring data relating to its customers to third parties for commercial purposes, with the exception of affiliated partners.
