You have the option of exchanging or returning eligible items to us.
Consider trying on items on washed, dry skin, this will make it easier to put on.

If you find that the item is too small, too large, or not suitable for you, we ask that you stop wearing it and put it aside while waiting to send it back.

  • We do not issue refunds. The amount will be credited in the form of a discount code corresponding to the amount of the returned item (s).
  • We only credit the amount of the item (excluding shipping costs). When you order again on our site, new shipping costs corresponding to your item (s) will be calculated.
  • We do not bear the cost of returning and reshipping at our expense.
  • The return and proper receipt of your package are your responsibility.
    You can choose the carrier of your choice, however we advise you to opt for a solution with tracking.
    In case of non-receipt, we will ask for your tracking number.
    Without it we will not be able to intervene in your favor.
1. SEND US AN EMAIL

First, you will need to send us an email informing us that you wish to return one or more items to us.

In the email, indicate:

NAME:
FIRST NAME:
ORDER NUMBER:
THE ITEM YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE:

We will confirm the receipt of your message and give you the address for the return.

2. RETURN OF YOUR ARTICLE (S)

We do not provide a return label.
You will therefore need to return your item (s) to the address indicated.
You can choose the carrier of your choice, however we advise you to opt for a solution with tracking.
In case of non-receipt, we will ask for your tracking number.

Without it, we will not be able to intervene on your behalf.

Please print and attach the form below to your dispatch.

Tip: By printing your stamps yourself on the post office site you will save a few cents 🙂

3. RECEPTION & SENDING OF THE REDUCTION CODE

Upon receipt of your return, we will check the condition of the returned item.
It must not show any signs of wear, smell or stain. It must not have been washed.
A percentage could be deducted if the item does not meet these criteria.

You will receive an email notification within 3 working days, confirming receipt of the item. This will contain a unique discount code valid on your next order, corresponding to the amount of the returned item.
You will be able to order again on our site.

4. REPEAT ORDER

Go to our site and reorder with the items of your choice.
Apply the discount coupon to your shopping cart.
